We Show Up & Get the job done!

You will have an assigned day. Service days depend upon on zip code, zoning, & routing. We start our service days at 8am and end our day at 5pm (Monday – Friday) We can come anytime between that timeframe on your service day. We try our best to accommodate special request, but it is not always possible due to our routes vary by geographic area. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

If your assigned day falls on a major holiday. We will come out a day early or day after. Or if weather is not safe for our Field Techs to work in (heavy rain/thunderstorm) we will reschedule.

You will always be notified, that’s a Guarantee!

Our fully trained Field techs always notify (TEXT) you a day prior to your assigned service day as a reminder. Along with (TEXT or Call) on your day of service prior to arrival/on the way text and send pictures of your gate after every service. For your peace of mind. Communication is Key!

We Scoop the Poop and dispose of it safely (double bagged) in your trash bin or hauled away for a small disposal waste fee of $1.99 (if you prefer). Choose the removal service that fits your schedule and needs. You do not need to be home for our Field Techs to service your yard. As long as we have access to the yard, we will be able to service your yard. We can add specific job notes for clients with gate codes, keys, and special instructions.

Disclaimer: All Dogs that show any signs of aggression will have to be inside of home during service for our Tech’s safety, if not. Home will be skipped and serviced on next scheduled service.

Cat litter boxes are to be outside the yard, garage, or front door of home to be serviced. If Tech has to go inside a Client’s home for any reason to access the yard or litter boxes. Waiver Form must be signed by Client for consent to enter Client’s home. Thank you for your cooperation!

First Time Scoops are limited at 30 minutes. We keep returning until all scoops are cleared.
